Warranty Specialist
Job Description
Do you have experience working in homebuilder home warranty teams? Do you hace recent experience working with new home owners on warranty claims?

In this DIRECT HIRE, Warranty Specialist role, you will have accountability for all customer service activities and reporting functions associated with the warranty department. Overall, you will be leading and managing all activities within the homebuilder warranty process, thus optimizing effectiveness, ensuring compliance with customer satisfaction & quality assurance standards, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Location: Onsite in Scottsdale, AZ
Local Travel: Up to 90-95% in person with customers at homesitesÂ
Pay range:Â Hourly DOE
Perks: Target Bonus:Â 18% |Auto Allowance: $500/month & Company cell phone

Knowledge/Experience
- Prior homebuilding warranty experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office and proprietary operating systems
- Proficient business writing skills
- Demonstrates proficiency in check request & insurance claim processes
- Proven problem-solving capabilities
- Working knowledge and understanding of homebuilder warranty programs and manufacturer warranties
- Demonstrates effective leadership skills mentoring others
- Knowledge of luxury residential construction process
