The Total Rewards Manager, reporting to the VP of People Operations, will develop, administer, and support Benefits and Compensation programs. You’ll serve as the subject matter expert to plan and implement Compensation & Benefits programs that attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate is detailed, analytical, strategic, and organized and has proven success with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Hybrid in North Phoenix | Onsite 3 days | 2 days remote
Salary: 150K Base Salary + 10% Bonus
Background Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Certified Compensation or Benefits Professional (CCP – CBP or CEBS) – A Plus
- 7+ years’ Benefits & Compensation experience including Multi-state experience
- 5+ years Leadership experience
- You would describe yourself as a Compensation & Benefits Subject Matter Expert
- Exceptional Communication skills, ability to influence others and build strong partnerships with all functional business areas
- Demonstrated Track Record of compensation design & implementation including performance bonus, merit increases, incentives, market analysis, salary grade/range, broad-based & job descriptions/classifications
- You would describe yourself as a highly analytical problem-solver with great attention-to-detail and time management skills
- Strong MS Excel skills including PivotTables & VLOOKUP’s & MS Office Suite
- HRIS Systems experience (ADP WFN – a PLUS)
- Must be a permanent US resident (US citizen or green card holder)
