Salary Range 120K -150K + eligible for Executive Incentive Plan

 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving new business development for growth of the department and leading a team of 20 Survey professionals. Utilize your strong business acumen, project management and leadership skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality surveying services to include construction staking tasks, layout, boundary surveys, topographical surveys, hydrographic, property and all types of control surveys.

 

Background Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering or related field
  • State of Arizona Registered Land Surveyor or (Ability to obtain immediately upon hire)
  • 10 years of Land Surveying and Project Management experience with a focus on Construction staking & full map survey
  • 10 years of Leadership experience leading a team of 20 direct reports
  • Strong knowledge of Land Surveying staking & mapping techniques, methodologies, principles and standards
  • Strong business acumen, along with Profit and Loss, Budgeting and Business Development experience
  • Proficiency in Surveying software and tools, including GIS, Total Stations & AutoCAD
  • Advanced Project Management skills with a keen attention to detail and proven ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience reading & understanding complex documents such as procedure manuals, operating instructions and safety rules
  • Experience performing calculations using algebra & geometry
  • Valid Driver’s License as well as a clean driving record to travel within Arizona required
  • Must be a US citizen or Green Card Holder to be considered
