In this, Direct Hire, Staff Accountant/Accounting Manager role, you will own day-to-day accounting tasks and processes reporting to the Director of Finance & Accounting.
This role will have prior experience in billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank accounts, credit cards, and petty cash reconciliations. Enter payroll hours and commission dollars for processing. Report on current cashflow and funding balances. Use and maintain accounting software within a growing company environment.

Salary:Â $75K - $89K DOE + Bonus (Based on performance) + 401K with 4% match!
Expected Hours: 40+ per week (8-10hour shift, Monday – Friday)
Location:Â Onsite in Phoenix Office (Potential for Hybrid in Mid 2025)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project-based accounting or accrual-based accounting role
- Prior experience in accounting within a construction, home services or project based industry is a plus!
- You will have strong understanding of the following:
o  GAAP Accounting experience
o  Ability to set up accounting and finance schedules
o  (A/P, A/R), Reconciliations
o  Responsible for billing and financial reports
o  QuickBooks (experience with NetSuite a PLUS)
o  Financial & Accounting Reporting
