Application Development Manager
Job Description
In this full-time, hybrid Application Development Manager role, you will have the opportunity to join a long-standing company and the timing couldn't be better!

•Hybrid role - Must reside in the greater-LA area to be considered (Office located north east of LA)

Salary Range 140K - 160K depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Primary day-to-day focus will be on scheduling projects, making assignments, answering questions from team members, ensuring programming tasks on are schedule, and handling client requests.
- In addition, the manager will have SaaS-related assignments, such as making sure security certificates don't expire and responding to Customer Support notifications.
Direct Reports: 2 Business Analysts, 1 Project Manager, 3 Java Developers
Background Profile:
•A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or Engineering field preferred
•2+ years' experience managing a small team of less than 10 direct reports. (developers, business analysts, and project managers)
•Java development, Oracle, and SQL experience is required.
•Experience collaborating with various teams to create development schedules, software releases, and ensure timely deployment.
•Accustomed to evaluating and monitoring SaaS applications to ensure optimal cost-effectiveness, including eliminating redundancy, as well as familiarity with SaaS application security.
•Experience in Financial/Banking and/or Healthcare industries required.
•Must have strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
•Must be local to the LA area and be open to working in-office in a hybrid schedule.
