As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead the Geotechnical and Materials Testing Business Unit.   The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in geotechnical engineering, materials testing, project management, and will be pivotal in driving the unit's success, ensuring staff development, P&L, with an opportunity to work with a leader that can help level up your business development skills to expand targeted client base.




Target Salary Range: $105K - $115K DOE + 10% Discretionary Bonus




Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or closely related field
  • 10+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering or materials testing preferred, with at least 5 years in a project management role.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is required or ability to obtain within 6 months (If PE License is obtained within 6mos of start date, the company will reimburse for cost of PE License)
  • Must have proven experience managing complex geotechnical projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L and will support in leveling up Business Development experience in driving business growth.
  • Must be US Citizen or Current US Green Card Holder, No Sponsorships now or in the future
