Senior Manager, HR Business Partner
Job Description
Do you have a consultative proactive approach to supporting global stakeholders as a Senior HR Business Partner? Are you experienced in playing a key role in change leadership while providing coaching & solutions to solve complex challenges? If yes, APPLY NOW!
In this Senior Manager, US People Partner role you will be responsible for delivering proactive support towards key stakeholders and anticipate business needs. You will have strategic focus on organization and leadership development, culture and engagement, employer of choice and strategic workforce planning for growing their US employee base.
Location: ONSITE in Phoenix office 4 days/wk and remote 1 day/wk
Salary: $150K - $180K DOE + Bonus + Discretionary LTI | Full Benefits plus Bonus and Discretionary LTI based on performance

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR related experience
- Masters degree with minimum of 8 years of progressive HR related experience
- Has the capacity to understand people issues impacting the business
- Demonstrates initiative to identify and anticipate needs and make recommendations for implementation
- Prior experience in global work environment a PLUS!
