As a Senior Director of Corporate Marketing, you'll be at the forefront of driving market analysis and revolutionizing marketing communication programs for a highly sought-after leader in the semiconductor equipment industry. With your experience and unique skills, you'll have the freedom to ignite the team's potential and drive impactful messaging that resonates with industry professionals, investors, and customers alike.

Location: MUST BE LOCAL IN METRO PHOENIX AREA – Hybrid Work Environment with 3-5 days in office depending on business needs | WILL CONSIDER CANDIDATES OPEN TO RELOCATING TO PHOENIX METRO AREA
Travel Requirement: Ability and willingness to travel both domestic and international - low frequency generally expected, but potentially up to 20%
Salary Range: $225K/yr - $280K/yr base + Bonus | Full Benefits Package | 401K Match | PTO
Requirements:
- Minimum of technical undergraduate Bachelor’s degree - Masters or PhD preferred (Physics, Materials Science, EE, ChE) MBA additionally preferred
- Minimum 10-15 years of comprehensive understanding of the semiconductor industry required, related experience with ALD technologies within heavy equipment manufacturing strongly preferred
- Experience leading cross functional team and demonstrated leadership and expertise in competitor market analysis, corporate marketing using understanding of product development and product marketing, business development and sales best practices
- Experience with global investor relationships and trade compliance activities, particularly in Asia
- Must have knowledge of advanced transistor, capacitor and interconnect technologies, including equipment and ALD technologies.
- Excellent written/verbal communications across a global organization and investor relations
