Join a growing Global Technology company based in Phoenix, as a Direct Hire Sr. Corporate Technical Recruiter, where you will be part of an internal corporate recruiting team!
In this, Direct Hire Sr. Technical Recruiter role, you will perform full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles of varying seniority with a strong focus on direct sourcing. Must have extensive experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, be innovative in how you source candidates while being passionate about providing exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience in all of your interactions. The focus of the roles you will be recruiting on are within the technology/development space.

Location: Metro Phoenix, Remote with 2 days ONSITE/ IN OFFICE per week
Salary: $110K - $135K DOE + 10% discretionary bonus + Eligible for Company Stock Options + Full Benefits Package effective Day 1
*5+ years of Full-Cycle related technical equipment recruiting experience within Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Controls, Heavy Equipment and/or related Engineering positions
*Corporate Recruiting experience strongly preferred, will consider related agency and/or RPO environments as it relates
*Must be an excellent communicator & relationship-builder who enjoys working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment adapting to change while building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
*Innovative sourcing experience “mapping a market” for candidates from competitors, using proactive search techniques and identifying passive candidates
*Must be US Citizen and/or US Green Card Holder, NO SPONSORSHIPS will be considered.
