The Senior Accountant will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the Company’s Financial and Accounting duties including month end close process, journal entries and uploads into ERP. Additional duties include preparing revenue, asset, liability and expense entries to ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with GAAP. This position will work closely with the Controller to onboard new acquisitions and actively lead preparation of financial statements.

- Monday–Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm | Onsite in Gilbert, AZ (Occasional Remote Friday’s)
- Salary Range: $105-110K
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the Company’s Financial and Accounting duties including month end close process, journal entries and uploads into ERP. Background Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (Required)
- Master’s Degree – Preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) OR Actively Pursuing - (Required)
- 5+ years’ Accounting experience
- Strong Closing experience (monthly, quarterly, annual) + journal entries + reconciliations + consolidations
- Multi-Location experience
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Good technical skills related to Accounting | High Proficiency with Excel
- Must have experience with ERP
- NetSuite experience – a PLUS
- Experience with Audits – a PLUS
- You are a Self-Starter and Team-player
- You “Thrive” & have proven experience working in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Must be a Permanent Resident (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder) to be considered
