Job Description
Are you a Project Manager with more than 7 years of experience in the construction industry? Are you searching for an opportunity to join a team that prioritizes growth, provides support and training to ensure your success in meeting your goals?
In this Direct Hire Project Manager position you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from beginning to end, acting as the main point of contact overseeing all project aspects while collaborating with internal & external stakeholders in a highly sought-after work environment.

Location: Hybrid 2-3 Days Per Week Onsite | Phoenix, AZ
Target Salary range: $90-130K
Background Profile:
- 7+ years of Project Management experience within the construction industry
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education/experience considered
- Established Community Trade connections – Highly Desired
- Proven business/financial acumen including creating project plans, negotiating contracts, budgets, proposals, bids within a deadline driven changing environment
- You are an Outstanding Communicator, Relationship Builder & Presenter with the ability to deliver technical details to anyone
- You are an Initiative-taking, Results-Focused Problem-Solver who thrives in “ambiguity” during growth & change
- You are a Solutions expert who anticipates problems, resolves conflict, manages & motivates
- Strong Technical Skills and experience with MS Office & MS Project | Procore experience is a plus
- Must be US Citizen or current US Green Card Holder, no sponsorships
