In this Direct Hire, Program Manager (PgM) role, you will work closely with sales, design engineering and the operations departments to facilitate the needs of key enterprise clients. The primary goal of the PgM is to ensure that the goals and needs of the Enterprise client are met across all functional departments.

Location: Hybrid in Metro Phoenix OR Boise, ID (Preferred locations) Open to Candidates Out of State - Remote with travel to site locations and corporate office as needed.
Pay: $105K - $130K DOE + Full Benefits + 401K w/ Match + Professional Development
Experience Requirements:
- 7+ years industry experience
- 5+ Project Management Experience
- Sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in managing numerous relationships, simultaneously, to reach common goals
Training \ Certification \ Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 year college degree preferred
- Avixa CTS Certification
- CTS-D/I preferred
- AQAV CQT, CQD
- Project Management Institute PMP or PgMP certification
***Company will pay for you to obtain preferred AV certifications that will help advance your career and offers pay incentives for completing education/certifications that furthers your knowledge in the commercial AV career path.
