Important Details:
  • Salary | $100-110K + Bonus!
  • Location | Onsite in Lawton, OK
  • Hours | 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM (2nd Shift)
  • Ability to work 6-7 days per week | Overnight shifts, weekends & holidays




In this Direct Hire Production Manager position you will Lead Production & a team for this location to ensure that overall production & operational priorities are running efficiently including equipment/machines utilizing your knowledge of production technology.




Background Profile:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years’ Experience in Production of Products in Manufacturing Plant environment
  • 3 or more years’ Supervisory Experience
  • Bilingual Spanish – A Plus
  • You are an Outstanding Communicator & Collaborator who enjoys leading a team
  • You would describe yourself as Friendly/Positive, Professional, Confident but Calm Leader & Team-Player who brings an "Always ready to help" attitude
  • You pride yourself on the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines and work well independently with little or no supervision
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to pick up on things quickly and the ability to pivot between priorities to find solutions to challenges on your own
  • Experience with Quality Standards, SSOP’s | SQF is Preferred
  • **Must be a U. S. Citizen OR Green Card Holder to be considered**
