WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
DAILY EXECUTION OF TEAM EXCELLENCE: Your focus is to drive the “on-brand” execution of all projects while meeting the expectations and needs of employees and clients. The Most Critical Outcome is EBITDA $ to goal and your mission is Ensure the consistent execution of the strategic plan while you Lead, Manage, Retain and hold Executive Team accountable.
Salary Range: $120K - $150K + 10% Performance Bonus + 401K w/Match + Full Healthcare Benefits Package
Location: Onsite in Phoenix
Expected Work Hours: 40+ hours per week (depending on need)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of upper management/leadership position with a construction/service company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Maintain a good driving record and possess a valid driver’s license.
- General construction and mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to network and build relationships with clients, vendors and subcontractors.
