About Campus Plaza Associates
Campus Plaza Associates is a 25-year-old company based in Sacramento. The company invests in all types of commercial real estate in Sacramento and Davis. We are involved in all aspects of managing the portfolio and in forming successful relationships with our tenants, employees and vendors. We have a small company with about five employees working in the office.
Qualifications
English (Required)
Driver's License (Required)
US work authorization (Required) Commercial Property Management: 5 years Lease Administration work
Proficient in Word and Excel. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability Professional verbal and written communication and presentation. No remote work
From $80,000 a year depending on knowledge and experience
Benefits
2 weeks paid vacation. No medical or retirement benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Tenant Communication
Maintain positive tenant relations with prompt and helpful responses to questions and concerns. Coordinate with maintenance staff to confirm needs and identify solutions as needed. Hire third party vendors for larger projects and when required by the lease.
Lease Administration
Detailed knowledge of lease agreements. Oversee compliance with lease terms and communicate with tenants if found to be in violation. Communicate with vendors for service and billing.
Accounts
The company Controller works in Berkeley. Regular phone and video calls are key to effective communication.
Accounts Payable
Inspect invoices for errors or issues
Contact utilities with billing or service issues
Review and approve payments, confirming property and coding Review CAM reconciliation annually
Accounts Receivable
Review aging and confirm payments posted to tenant account Confirm accounts requiring late fees and inform Controller Contact tenants regarding past due amounts.
Oversee rent increases
Parking and Storage Agreements
Record and track parking at all parking lots
Prepare new agreements
