The Parts Sales Representative will be responsible for Outbound Sales Calls and Lead Generation to expand the Parts Distribution Division while also managing Inbound inquires and supporting existing accounts. Be part of a GROWING manufacturer of industrial equipment that supports the construction, mining, municipal and agricultural sectors across North America and beyond.
Background Profile:
- High School Diploma required
- 2 or more years of B2B Sales experience
- Proven track record in Outbound Phone-based Sales, Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
- You are Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented with strong follow-up & follow-through to manage & convert leads into sales
- You are an Exceptional Communicator both verbally & in writing with success in Negotiation/Influencing others & delivering best-in-class customer service
- You would describe yourself as Highly Organized, enjoys planning projects with great attention-to-detail & technical problem-solving skills
- Experience in Industrial Equipment, Heavy Machinery/OEM Parts | A Plus
- Proficient with MS Office & ERP/CRM systems
- Bilingual Spanish | A Plus
- Must be a Permanent Resident (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered)
