- Location: Onsite in Glendale, AZ
Background Profile:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in AZ
- REQUIRED: Drug Enforcement Administration License & Prescriptive Authority
- 1 year Nurse Practitioner experience – Preferred
- You would describe yourself as a Self-Motivated, Friendly/Positive, Professional who brings an "Always ready to help" attitude
- You have a PASSION for providing Comprehensive & Compassionate care to patients
- You are an Excellent Communicator with an ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- You bring exceptional organizational skills, time management, follow-through, attention to detail & accuracy
- Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder to be considered
