Are you a Dynamic CPA with 4+ years of Audit & Management experience? Do you have a passion for the public accounting space and enjoy leading complex technical accounting operations? Are you both a Strategic and Hands-On Leader with a proven track record delivering audit-ready financials that are accurate and on time as well as coaching and mentoring a team? - Location: Hybrid in Scottsdale, AZ | 4 days onsite + 1 day remote
Background Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting | MBA is a Plus
- Active CPA
- 4+ years Senior-Level Accounting experience including Managing Accounting Operations
- 4+ years People Management experience leading high performing teams
- 4+ years Big 4 or National Audit Firm experience
- Proven track record managing multiple complex accounting projects/clients simultaneously
- Strong Internal Controls & U.S. GAAP experience
- You excel at Delivering Audit-Ready Financials that are accurate & on time
- Demonstrated experience leading month-end close, external audits and ways to streamline processes
- Advanced MS Office experience including Excel, Word, Outlook
- MS Dynamics NAV experience is a PLUS
- You are a Results-Driven Self-Starter who thrives on managing company budgets and overall decision-making toward maintaining financial integrity
- You are a Strong Servant Leader and business partner with the ability to connect with all levels of leadership as well as lead, coach and mentor a team
- You would describe yourself as Highly Analytical, Organized and someone who enjoys planning projects with great attention-to-detail and time management skills
