In this direct hire, Life Insurance Agent role you will have lots of opportunity for growth and will be instrumental in helping build a direct-to-consumer insurance agency from the ground up. Salary target: $50K - $55K base + bonus (based on personal performance)
Location: Hybrid with 2 days in Scottsdale office
This will be a fast-paced, start-up-like environment, the ideal candidate will need to have the following key requirements:
- Life Insurance producer license preferred or must be able to pass the exam for AZ Series 13-31
- 2+ years customer service experience
- 1-year Life Insurance Producer experience
- Strong data analysis skills, experience with a CRM preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
- Local Candidates to the Metro Phoenix area ONLY
- *Must be U.S. Citizen or Current U.S. Green Card holder to be considered, no sponsorships
