Interior Design Project Manager

In this, Direct Hire, customer-focused Interior Design Project Manager role, you will be responsible for managing client projects to ensure each installation is executed smoothly and on time while working closely with the design team and execute each step of the implementation process using your ability to multitask with attention to detail and have excellent communication skills that will be essential for this position.
***This position will typically manage a portfolio of 20-25 projects at a time.

Annual Salary: DOE $90K - $100K + Medical Benefits + PTO
Location: Onsite in Scottsdale office and various client locations | Willing to travel up to 15% per year for local and national installations
***Relocation assistance to the Metro Phoenix area available for qualified candidates outside of Arizona.
Qualifications:
- Position is required to work in office
- Must have 5+ years of experience managing complex projects in a customer-facing role.
- Experienced at holding teams accountable for delivering against project goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all types of people.
- Hyper-organized; you never let things fall through the cracks.
- Works well under pressure; able to multitask, prioritize, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Excel, One Drive, and Monday.com
- Experience in interior design and architecture a plus, but not required.
- Experience in AutoCAD a plus, but not required.
