Growth Marketing Manager
Job Description
We’re partnering with a well-funded, rapidly scaling Phoenix-based SaaS company at a critical stage of growth.
They are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own top-of-funnel pipeline generation across field marketing, digital campaigns, and account-based programs.
This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Sales and executive leadership.
You will play a key role in shaping and scaling the go-to-market motion by driving qualified pipeline, improving deal velocity, and expanding presence across key industry and partner ecosystems.
This role is best suited for someone with a builder mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market execution and pipeline development
- Plan and execute field and event marketing initiatives
- Build and run demand generation and ABM programs
- Drive content and brand amplification aligned to pipeline goals
Compensation
$100K–$120K base + equity (depending on experience)
Background Profile
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or field marketing within B2B SaaS
- Experience building programs in early-stage or high-growth environments
- Strong collaboration with Sales in a pipeline-driven organization
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through campaigns and events
- Clear, concise communication skills
- Experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar)
- Ability to operate independently with high ownership
- Comfortable using AI tools to scale execution
- Basic design and video editing skills
- Experience with ABM or vertical-focused GTM strategies
- Must be a U.S. citizen, open to travel, and based in the greater Phoenix area for in-person collaboration
