Full-Stack / AI Implementation Engineer
Job Description
We’re looking for a Client-Facing Full-Stack / AI Implementation Engineer to help bring AI-powered systems into production within complex real-world environments.
This role is focused on building and adapting software that enables reliable deployment of AI agents inside critical operational workflows.
You’ll operate as a product-focused software engineer with strong applied AI experience, responsible for building full-stack capabilities, integrating with enterprise systems, and ensuring AI systems perform reliably in production.
You’ll work at the intersection of software engineering, applied AI, and systems integration, with ownership over end-to-end outcomes.
Your work will directly shape how AI-driven automation is delivered and scaled across real-world operational environments.

Salary range – Depending on experience

Background Profile:
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, building and operating production systems.
- The ability to travel 50-75% to client sites across the country for weeks at a time to implement platform.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills, including frontend, backend, and data infrastructure (e.g., React, TypeScript, Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, databases, queues, distributed systems).
- Experience building or deploying AI-powered applications in production, including LLM-based agents, tool/function calling, workflow orchestration, or AI system evaluation.
- Experience integrating with complex enterprise systems such as EMRs, healthcare platforms, or operational software.
- Strong debugging and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to identify root causes and ship robust fixes.
- Comfort working in fast-moving environments where engineering teams collaborate closely with product and operations to solve real-world problems.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be open to working in-office when not traveling.
