Location: Metro Phoenix area, with up to 50% travel required, will vary dependent on client needs.
Pay: $120K - $140K DOE + Full Benefits + 401K with Match!
**Company will pay for AV certifications that will help advance your career and offers pay incentives for completing education/certifications that further your knowledge in commercial AV.
Job Summary:
Direct leadership of all Field technicians including:
o Approve payroll and PTO requests
o Track time sheets and time entry for job costing
o Create and maintain training schedules and itineraries
o Conduct performance reviews and provide frequent feedback on performance improvement
o Provide coaching, mentoring and inspiration to the team
o Promote our core values and our culture
• Provide oversight and direction to the Scheduling Coordinator for field resource assignment based upon Project Managers needs/requests and the overall prioritization of the master schedule.
Tracking of labor efficiency
• Safety training and compliance
• Verification that all installation work is complete per installation quality standards
• Lead departmental meetings
• Lead the field team in our continuous improvement processes
• Liaising with operations leadership to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 Years Direct Commercial AV Integration Experience
• Minimum 3 Years Direct Commercial AV Project Management experience
Training \ Certification \ Education Requirements:
• CTS-I required
• AV Industry MFG certifications (will help with training certifications)
• Minimum 2 yrs. Community College or equivalent
