In this direct hire, Executive Assistant role you will support 3 Executives in a global technology company. This role work independently and with limited supervision on a variety of tasks that support departmental operations, determine methods for completing new assignments, and responds quickly in fast-paced, changing environment. Support department with office administration.Â

Location: Phoenix, AZ – Onsite (No Hybrid)
Salary: $80K - $110K DOE + Benefits
Hours: 40+hours/week (will need to be flexible working outside normal business hours supporting global executives and their travel schedules.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred, not required
- Must have 5+ years of prior experience in related position working with top level executives.
- Strong knowledge of PC and software application skills. Knowledge of SAP a plus!
- Experience completing expense reports for complex traveling.
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Strong personal, analytical skills and strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize.
- Able to work in fast paced environment with highly sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to document processes.
- General understanding of basic accounting principles.
