In this, Direct Hire, Finance Manager/Controller role, you will own and manage all Accounting Processes. Including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank accounts, credit cards, and petty cash reconciliations. Verify and enter payroll hours and commission dollars for processing. Monitor cash and funding balances. Manage and maintain accounting software within a growing environment.
Salary: $100K - $130K DOE + Bonus (Based on performance) + 401K with match!
Expected Hours: 40+ per week (8-10hour shift, Monday – Friday)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field required. Master's degree (MBA) preferred. CPA or CMA certification highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in accounting or finance management.
- You will have extensive understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and comprehensive experience with financial regulations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow.
- Strong capability in analyzing financial data and offering insights for strategic decisions.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a finance and accounting team, including payroll.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in explaining complex financial information in an accessible manner.
- You will have advanced skills in financial software, accounting systems, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and ERP systems.
- Must have strong strategic thinking skills, with experience in advising on strategic business direction based on financial analysis.
- High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity in financial management.
