Join an innovative Technology company based in Phoenix, as a Direct Hire, Talent Acquisitions Director, where you will lead an internal corporate recruiting team!
In this, Talent Acquisitions Director role, you will own the stakeholder management and full life cycle recruiting efforts across the non-engineering functions of the organization. Responsibilities include leading in-house Recruiters, using expertise in building relationships with stakeholders, planning and implementing efficient interview and assessment process that ensure positive candidate experience. The successful candidate will be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires and company stakeholders.

Location: Phoenix, 2 days Onsite with 3 days Remote!
Salary: Targeting $190K DOE + 20% discretionary bonus + Stock Options + Full Benefits Package Effective Day 1
*Must have strong recruiting leadership experience in a technical industry within a Corporate environment, strongly preferred
*Strong influencing skills, and ability to establish and build trust and partnerships with senior stakeholders
*Must have polished communication skills and strengths in managing expectations of senior level stakeholders while building rapport and trust
*Excellent leadership problem-solving with sound judgment, decision-making skills and strengths in mentoring Sr Technical Recruiting team
*Expertise in ability to guide the sourcing and assessment of technical candidates with the ability to take on technical requisitions immediately and independently
*Attention to detail is required along with the ability to identify and propose ideas for continuous improvement and innovation in our overall talent acquisition life cycle.
*Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, HRIS and data management/reporting techniques.
