In this, Direct Hire, Director of Operations role you will join a growing company where you will focus on People and Operations management, looking for a strong leader that is detailed oriented, has a proven process driven approach, and can implement business process to increase growth and double company size year over year! This is a great opportunity for someone who is a self-starter that can work with a big picture, passionate business owner.

Salary: $80K - $120K DOE | Plus generous Profit Share

Location: Onsite in Tempe Office, first 60 - 90 days, Open to hybrid schedule once ramped up.




Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, will consider related work experience in lieu of degree
  • 7+ years of proven experience in driving day-to-day business operations
  • 5+ years of prior experience in managing performance of sales, project management and fulfillment or related teams
  • Strategic planning, coaching/mentoring and managing teams on fulfillment and operations performance expectations
  • Will be an integral part of company growth with goal of doubling revenue and team size annually
  • Identify, implement process and management of teams adherence to processes implemented
  • Detailed oriented with expertise in organization skills while managing teams and processes that move the business forward
  • Must be US Citizen OR US Green Card Holder to be considered
