Important Details:
Location: Onsite in Scottsdale, AZ
Contract length: (6 months) July 2024 to January 2025
Salary: $20-24 per hour – depending on experience
Background Profile:
- High School Diploma - Required
- 2+ years’ Administrative/Office Manager Experience
- Demonstrated Office Manager/Administrative experience will include maintaining an office environment, managing events, coordinating catering events, booking conference rooms & processing orders
- As the Office Manager, you are proud of your ability to provide “White-Glove” Customer Service to employees, leaders, visitors/guests of the company
- You would describe yourself as a Friendly/Positive, Professional, Confident Team-Player who brings an "Always ready to help" attitude
- Detail-oriented with the ability to pick up on things quickly and pivot between priorities, proactively find solutions to challenges on your own
- Tech Savvy & Good Proficiency with MS Office Suite & Google Suite
- Must be a Permanent Resident | U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered
