- Monday – Friday | Onsite in Gilbert, AZ | Hybrid/Friday Remote After Training
- Hours: 8:00 to 5:00 pm
- Duration: 3+ Months or longer
Salary Range: $27-30 Per Hour | Depending on Experience
- High School Diploma - Required | Bachelor’s Degree - Preferred
- 2+ years’ HR Coordinator Experience
- You would describe yourself as Friendly/Positive, Professional, Confident & a Team-Player who brings an "Always ready to help" attitude
- Experience doing HR Coordinator duties including Phone calls, Conducting new-hire paperwork, Scheduling appointments as well as HR Generalist duties as needed
- You pride yourself on the ability to bring solid communication skills with professional email etiquette for both internal and external clients
- Detail-oriented with the ability to pick up on things quickly and pivot between priorities, proactively find solutions to challenges on your own
- Tech Savvy & Good Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Experience using ADP & SharePoint – Highly Preferred
- Must be a Permanent Resident | U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered
