Contract HR Administrator | Onsite CA

Important Details:
- Contract Duration | 6+ Months
- Location: Onsite - City of Industry, CA
- Rate: $24-26 per hour – depending on experience
- Hours: 8am to 5pm
- Ability to work in a Fast-Paced Manufacturing/Plant environment
Background Profile:
- 2 or more years’ HR Administrator experience
- Experience working in a Manufacturing/Plant environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent – Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Bilingual Required - Must be able to Read, Speak, and Write in English/Spanish
- You would describe yourself as Friendly/Positive, Professional, Confident & a Team-Player who brings an "Always ready to help" attitude
- You pride yourself on the ability to bring solid communication skills with professional email etiquette for both internal and external clients
- You enjoy working in a startup like Fast-Paced Environment, must be flexible, agile and able to navigate change
- Detail-oriented with the ability to pick up on things quickly and pivot between priorities, proactively find solutions to challenges on your own
- Good Technical proficiency with MS Office/Word/Excel and HR Systems (SAP experience is a plus)
- **Must be available to work in the US without restrictions and/or sponsorship, now or in the future**
