Contract Desktop Support Technician
Job Description
In this On-site Contract Desktop Support (W2) role, you will have the opportunity to work for a long-standing healthcare organization, and the timing couldn’t be better!
Company Information:
- Located in NW Phoenix - 85053
- Been in operation for over 20 years
- Employs over 1500 Nationwide
- W2 Contract Role
- Duration 4-8 weeks
- Must be available to work 5 days on-site
- 2 positions open and can start ASAP
Hourly Rate - $30 -$36 depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Connect and set up computers
- Reset and reimage computers
- Perform basic IT tasks
- Image laptops and desktops, ensuring quality control
- Install software and troubleshoot imaging issues
- Prepare computers for deployment (including boxing and shipping)
Background Profile:
- 3+ years of experience in desktop engineering or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or certification such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft preferred.
- Experience with systems, network, desktop, printers and other end point devices.
- Background supporting Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10 environments, and security familiarity.
- Working knowledge of desktop imaging and deployment tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune)
- Experience with mobile device management solutions and virtual desktop integrations
- Familiarity with IT asset management and license control processes
- Familiarity with Active Directory management, GPOs and MFA technologies
- Due to the nature of this client, candidates must be US Citizens to be considered.
