Construction Project Coordinator

Job Description
We’re looking for a Construction Project Coordinator who thrives on organization, communication, and teamwork. In this role, you’ll help ensure each project runs smoothly — from the moment it’s sold to the final walkthrough — making sure every customer’s experience lives up to our client’s promise.

- Full-time role with base salary and *performance bonus
- Base salary 50K-60K plus bonus (total up 75K range)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, materials, and communication between departments
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the installation process-white glove service
- Work with sales, warehouse, and field teams to ensure jobs are ready for installation
- Track progress, handle updates, and communicate changes clearly and professionally
- Manage project files, permits, and documentation in our CRM (JobTread/Jobber)
- Support warranty, punch list, and service tasks as needed
- Maintain a high standard of organization and accuracy in every project
- Low-level job costing and material ordering

- Job Completion On Schedule & To Standard (98%)
- Customer Satisfaction Score: 4.8★ average or higher
- Hit Installation Revenue per crew (Weekly & Monthly)
Background Profile:
- 2+ years of project coordination or scheduling experience (remodeling/construction preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
- Comfort using CRM and project management software
- A caring, accountable, and solution-oriented approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management Skills.
- Self-motivated and goal driven.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Works well in a team environment
- Must be a US citizen to be considered
