Construction Production Manager

Responsibilities:
The Production Manager ensures that all remodeling and coating projects run smoothly — on time, on budget, and of the highest quality.
You’ll oversee crews, manage schedules, coordinate materials, and maintain communication between sales, office, and installation teams.
This is a leadership role for a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives on accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Lead, Manage, and Hold the Team AccountableÂ
- Project Planning, Scheduling, and Execution across multiple service lines (kitchen, bath, coatings)
- Material Ordering & Inventory Management— ensure accurate stock levels and efficient delivery
- Crew, Team, Resource & Subcontractor Management — schedule, coach, and align team members
- Quality Assurance, Safety & Customer Satisfaction — ensure every install meets client’s standards
- Budget & Job Cost Oversight — monitor margins and track profitability
- Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement — identify and eliminate bottlenecks or rework causes

Background Profile:
- 3+ years of production or operations management experience in remodeling, coatings, and/or construction industry.
- Ability to lead 5+ team members with the goal of 45 by end of 2026
- Knowledge of jobTread, job costing, and subcontractor management
- Seeking self-starting candidates who can develop systems and processes rather than just follow existing ones.
- Candidates should be tactical and futuristic, with a focus on implementation and coaching.
- Leadership that inspires accountability and teamwork
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Will be in the field 30% of the time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and goal driven.
- Must be a US Citizen to be considered for this role
