Location: Hybrid in Phoenix, AZ | Hybrid | 2 days Onsite - 3 days Remote
Paid Relocation package offered for out of state candidates willing to relocate to AZ!
Background Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree required | Master-level Degree – a Plus
- Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP) required
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Information Technology and management of Security Operations
- 8-10 years Information Security Leadership experience within a mid-size or large organization of 4,000 employees or more
- Multi-Site and Multi-State experience
- 3 years of Supervisory experience with demonstrated experience hiring & supervising & mentoring a team
- Proven track record of leading an Enterprise-Wide Information Security & Incident Response function & framework with the ability to analyze, mitigate & reduce threats to the enterprise and its information
- You are both a Strategic & Tactical leader who brings an “Entrepreneurial” mindset as well as Exceptional Analytical & Organizational skills
- You are an Outstanding Communicator with High Business Acumen who has experience presenting strategies to a Board of Directors & Leadership and the ability to resolve conflict through effective negotiation
- Healthcare industry experience – a Plus
- Knowledge & Experience with HIPPA & HIPPA Risk Assessment
- Must be a Permanent Resident (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered)
