Are you a dynamic leader with Cath Lab experience looking for your next challenge? Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Cath Lab Manager to oversee a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment. This is a confidential search for a highly skilled professional ready to lead with expertise and vision.
Position: Cath Lab Manager
Location: [Confidential – Details Shared with Qualified Candidates]
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-call as needed)
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Oversight – Manage 19 Cath Lab employees, 3 Echo Techs, and 4 EEG Techs
Staff Scheduling – Ensure optimal coverage and efficiency
Physician & Staff Collaboration – Navigate relationships effectively
Supply & Equipment Management – Order supplies, coordinate training, and implement new procedures
Training & Development – Lead training initiatives for new equipment and procedures
Vendor Coordination – Work with suppliers to introduce innovative technology and best practices
Ideal Candidate:
Leadership Experience – Previous Cath Lab Manager or Director experience required
Cath Lab Expertise – Strong background in cath lab operations and patient care
Communication & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to work seamlessly with physicians, staff, and vendors
BSN Preferred – But not required for the right candidate
Strong Work History – Demonstrated commitment to excellence in prior roles
