Background Profile:
- You will eventually need to reside in the Greater-Phoenix area
- Must have recent BIG TECH Social Media experience (Meta, X, Snap, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Seeking 7+ years of executive leadership experience and degrees are welcomed.
- Expertise directing large-scale engineering and infrastructure initiatives impacting millions globally.
- Experience designing and scaling systems serving millions of users with complex requirements.
- Broad experience across domains including AI, security, content delivery, infrastructure, commerce, and communication technologies.
- You are driven by purpose—motivated to build meaningful, globally impactful solutions.
- You’re no stranger to pressure: tight deadlines, high demand, and zero room for failure.
- You care about building something that lasts—real impact over hype or quick wins.
- You move fast, build boldly, and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo.
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder as no sponsorship is available for this role
