Associate HR Business Partner (Contract-to-Hire)
?Gilbert, AZ (Onsite)
? $38.46–$43.27 per hour
The Opportunity
Our client, a growing technology organization is seeking a Contract to Hire Associate HR Business Partner to support approximately 100 employees across Operations, Engineering, and Production. This is a hands-on HR role ideal for a professional looking to grow beyond traditional HR administration into strategic business partnering, workforce analytics, and HR technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to support workforce planning, employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
- Provide employee relations guidance and coaching to supervisors and frontline managers.
- Analyze workforce metrics including turnover, attendance, recruiting, and retention trends.
- Develop HR dashboards, reports, and data-driven recommendations for leadership.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and staffing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to leverage HR technology and AI tools to improve processes and reporting.
- Maintain a visible HR presence within a production environment and build strong employee relationships.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, production, engineering, or other operational workforces preferred.
- Strong people-focused HR experience with the capability to build productive relationships and gain the confidence of frontline teams and leadership.
- Strong employee relations, coaching, and communication skills.
- Experience with HR analytics, reporting, dashboards, and workforce metrics.
- Proficiency with Excel, HRIS, ATS, and related HR technology platforms.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen to be considered
