Job Description

What you will do:
Â
- Oversee daily operations, delegate workload, and provide backup coverage to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks for Eligibility, Medical Billers, and Patient Financial Counselors.Â
- Collaborate with the management team to formulate and execute department strategic initiatives
- Support and execute the Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management’s vision for the team
- Create and maintain documented procedures for assigned billing department tasks and duties to ensure policy adherence

What you will bring:
Â
- A passion for the cause and a growth mindset managing a close-knit team of professionals.
- Expertise in CPT and ICS-10 coding and medical terminology
- A minimum of 4 years managerial experience preferably in the healthcare field
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare (OR) equivalent healthcare/revenue cycle experience in lieu of degree
