Job Description
In this hybrid, Bi-lingual Contract Technical Support role, you have the chance to join a long-standing, employee-owned company in Phoenix and the timing couldn’t be better!
Company Information:

Pay rate - $20-$24/hr depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities will be to provide phone support to users to reset passwords and basic Windows troubleshooting. Average call volume – 60 calls a day
Background Profile:
- Must be bi-lingual in Spanish and English.
- At least an Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Any technical certifications – such as CompTIA A+ a plus.
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Windows OS experience is required, but training will be provided.
- Must be a US citizen to be considered, as no sponsorship is available for this role.
