The Benefits Administrator position oversees the company’s globally competitive international benefits programs while closely partnering with the HR wellness and recognition team on successfully implementing global programs.

Salary Range: Targeting $85K - $95K Annually

Bonus: Potential $11,200 Annual Profit Share – Paid Quarterly past 10 years even during pandemic!

Location: Onsite Scottsdale | 5 days per week |1st 30 days || After 30 days | Remote 2 days per week

 

 

Background Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 5+ experience in benefits administration and/or human resources with benefits focus
  • 3 years leading a small team of direct reports within benefits or related roles - Preferred
  • 3+ years relevant experience of international or global benefits a PLUS!
  • Preferred Certification/ License: Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) OR Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) certification AND/OR PHR OR SHRM-SCP OR SHRM-CP
  • MUST BE US CITIZEN OR US PERMANENT RESIDENT GREEN CARD HOLDER, No Sponsorships will be considered
