In this direct hire, Accounting Manager role you will work in an environment that promotes professional growth with an Employee-Owned company that has over 80 years in business based in the Metro Phoenix area.

In this Onsite, Accounting Manager role you will be responsible for all accounting functions: A/P, A/R accounts and Payroll as well as Supervise Junior Staff members. In addition, you will oversee accounting policies & procedures to ensure overall Accounting and Payroll departments are aligned with company guidelines.

Location: Onsite in Phoenix AZ Metro Area
Â
Salary: $100-115K, depending on experience
Â

 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required, accounting designation highly preferred.
- 6+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience with responsibility managing the Accounting function including Payroll
- 1 or more years of Supervisory experience including the ability to lead, motivate & delegate tasks to junior accounting & payroll staff
- Outstanding Communicator with the ability to build relationships with all levels of leadership including solving escalated situations toward resolution
- Strong Organizational skills including highly detailed financial information while meeting deadlines
- Experience within Construction Industry – a PLUS
- Must be US Citizen or US Permanent Resident Green Card Holder to be considered
