As the Finance Manager, you'll have a clear path to advance your career, with the potential to become the Director of Finance over the division.
Picture yourself as the Finance Manager in a growing organization, supporting the financial operations. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, you'll be the go-to person for budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial statements. You'll spearhead due diligence on land acquisition efforts, tackle corporate reporting requirements, and own all finance-related matters.

Salary range: $115K to $135K (DOE) + Benefits package
Qualifications:
- Required bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Must have 3+ years of overall work experience in a related finance role
- Prior relevant experience in the homebuilding, new construction, or closely related industry required, will also consider related construction, logistics, aerospace, defense, supply chain, transportation industries
- Previous experience formally or informally leading or managing people required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel, is a must
- Experience with SEC regulations, GAAP, and SOX regulations will help you navigate the intricacies of financial reporting smoothly
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills will be essential, as you'll interact frequently with both internal/external auditors, CFO, controllers, VP's, board of directors, other departments, and Divisions.
- Must be US Citizen OR current US Green Card Holder to be considered
