SaaS Account Executive
Job Description
In this Mid-Market Account Executive role, you’re not just chasing a number—you’re helping build the engine.
You’ll operate in a high-growth, early-stage environment where you own deals end-to-end, shape how sales are executed, and work closely with leadership.

Company Information:
- Been in business over 5 years
- Employs over 20 and growing
- Full-time, HYBRID role in Phoenix
- Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, and Equity
- Uncapped commissions
- OTE – 150K-200K (Base 75K-100K DOE)
- Last year top AE made almost 300K
Background Profile:
- 2+ years of experience closing B2B SaaS deals with a consistent track record of selling at least $500k+/yr for the last 2 years
- Experience closing deals with an ACV of at least $40k.
- Experience with Customer Experience, CRM, Contact Center, or AI Automation Tool sales
- Experience managing fast-paced, consultative sales cycles with mid-market deal sizes
- You know how to balance speed with strong qualifications and disciplined execution.
- Based in or open to relocating to the Phoenix-area for a hybrid (3 days) highly collaborative environment
- Highly self-directed with the ability to manage a high volume of opportunities simultaneously.
- You maintain strong pipeline hygiene and operate with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Process-driven in your approach to sales, with familiarity with structured methodologies (Sandler, MEDDIC, MEDDPICCC).
- You understand how to evaluate wins and losses and continuously improve.
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment where resources are lean, ambiguity is high, and initiative is expected.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, thoughtful messaging for detail-oriented buyers.
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered, as no sponsorship is available for this role.
