Salary Range 120K -150K + 10% Bonus – Depending on experience

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include overseeing and managing projects from beginning to end, ensuring project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints, while also driving business development initiatives and managing the Profit & Loss for assigned projects
Â
Background Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- State of Arizona Professional Engineering License or (Ability to obtain immediately upon hire)
- 10 years of Civil Engineering Project Management experience – Required
- 10 years of Leadership experience leading a team of 20 direct reports - Required
- Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering principles, techniques, standards, and methodologies
- Experience with Profit and Loss, Budgeting, Business Development, and strong business acumen
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as basic algebra and geometry to perform calculations
- Must be a US citizen or Green Card Holder to be considered
